The Family Law Duty Service provides urgent, same-day assistance to people attending court for family law matters. Our duty lawyers can offer advice on parenting arrangements, family violence orders, and property disputes, and can appear on your behalf for straightforward matters. This service is available in person at the Darwin Local Court on sitting days. We prioritise people affected by family violence and those without legal representation.
