The Tenancy Advice Clinic provides free, confidential advice to renters across the Top End who are facing problems with their tenancy. Our lawyers can help with repairs and maintenance disputes, bond claims, rent increases, notices to vacate, and eviction proceedings. Appointments are available in person at our Darwin office or by phone. We can explain your rights under the Residential Tenancies Act, help you respond to your landlord or agent, and represent you at the tribunal where needed.
